The Role: Spirits Manager
We’re looking for a service-first, spirits-savvy leader to manage the spirits department in our new Regina store. As Spirits Manager, you’ll oversee department operations, engage customers, lead tastings, and help deliver a top-tier shopping experience focused on premium spirits, local favorites, and exclusive brands.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support a high-performing department team
Deliver expert customer service and make personalized spirit recommendations
Plan and host in-store tasting events
Manage department inventory, ordering, and merchandising
Monitor team scheduling and sales performance
Keep the department organized, clean, and ready for business
Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge
Ensure compliance with liquor and workplace safety regulations
What You Bring
2+ years of retail or liquor industry experience
Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
Serve It Right certification (or ability to obtain)
Strong product knowledge in spirits (WSET 2 or similar is a plus)
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
