About The Role
We are seeking a talented, high energy and passionate Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) to join the Liquor Finance team. Reporting to the VP, Finance Liquor, the SFA, provides insights to the financial health of the organization through analysis, projections, and reporting. This position will work closely with the Commercial/Sales team and the Corporate Accounting team.
Role and responsibilities include:
· Ownership of month end analysis, aggregation of information from across the business to generate the monthly reporting and board packages
· Support the development of the annual budget using activity-based cost drivers
· Creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, models, tools, and dashboards
· Develop forecasting and insights to support the commercial team with customer/category/item profitability reporting
· Develop gross margin reporting to explain vol/mix/price/cost variances
· Support product cost development and tracking of actuals vs estimates
· Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
· Be a trusted financial business partner to all aspects of the organization
Experience and Qualifications
· 5+ years financial analysis experience in a CPG and/or Retail environment
· Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Finance/Accounting/Commerce or equivalent
· CPA or MBA, or pursuing either CPA or MBA
· Advanced Excel skills, required to consolidate data from multiple sources
· Strong ERP base concepts (D365, SAP, JDE)
· PowerBI reporting experience a benefit
· Strong analytical and data-gathering skills, business case development and sensitivity analysis

· Demonstrated capability as a team player with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
· Able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels including presenting ideas and financial analysis to senior management
· Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
