The Opportunity:
As a Production Labourer, youβll play a key role in our operations by ensuring our cannabis products are prepared, packaged, and processed with the highest quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing & Processing: Operating equipment to assist in batch formulation, mixing, tempering, curing, and packaging.
- Quality Control: Conducting inspections to ensure products meet company and regulatory standards.
- Sanitization & Preparation: Cleaning, sanitizing, and setting up production equipment and workspaces.
- Packaging & Documentation: Weighing, scanning, labeling, counting, and inspecting cannabis material while maintaining accurate documentation per regulations.
- Compliance & Documentation: Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Health Canada regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Assisting colleagues, cross-training with other departments, and supporting the onboarding of new team members.
Knowledge and Experience:
No previous experience or education is required! If youβre:
- A Quick Learner: Weβll provide the training you need to excel in cannabis processing.
- Physically Active: Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 lbs) during shifts.
- Detail-Oriented: Able to follow processes carefully to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- A Team Player: Willing to support your team and contribute to shared goals.

- This is a full-time position requiring up to 40 hours per week, with potential for overtime.
- Must be at least 19 years old and legally authorized to work in Canada.
