Job Summary  

Your role as a Facilities Specialist includes, but is not limited to, building maintenance, office and warehouse janitorial duties. Equipment upkeep and maintenance. Fleet assistance and occasional driving when needed. Ordering food and supplies for the entire facility. Building relationships with vendors.

• Be responsible for building sanitation and disinfection
• Arrange for waste disposal, recycling and maintenance of internal systems
• Maintain kitchen, office supplies and first aid inventory
• Make minor repairs and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Order food/drinks, warehouse and office supplies under a strict budget
• Source and/or maintain vendor relationships that improve service and/or drive cost down
• Assist fleet supervisor with vehicle maintenance
• Cleaning outside of the premises

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Minimum 2+ years warehouse experience 
• Must meet Kiva's Motor Vehicle requirements (will drive company vehicles)
• Some driving experience is preferred
• Ability to walk and carry heavy items for extended period 
• Housekeeping and sanitation experience
