What You’ll Do

As a Delivery Driver/Budtender, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing friendly, respectful, and attentive service to customers in-store and during deliveries.
• Assisting customers in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and educating them on responsible use.
• Verifying customer identification and eligibility before completing purchases and deliveries.
• Preparing accurate orders and completing safe deliveries using your personal vehicle.
• Maintaining delivery documentation
• Supporting the retail team with tasks like inventory counts, stocking, and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Following all company policies, procedures, and applicable cannabis regulations.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, delivery, or cannabis (preferred).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• A valid driver’s license (held for at least 2 years) and a reliable personal vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Willingness to use the required onboard diagnostics (OBD) reader during deliveries.
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Flexibility to move between delivery and in-store responsibilities during your shift.
• Availability for varying weekly hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Cannabis product knowledge or a willingness to learn.

Additionally, you must be at least 21 years old and able to meet the physical demands of the job, including standing, walking, bending, driving, and moving inventory.

What We Offer

• Pay: Starting at $18.47 per hour, plus tips.
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.76 per mile for active delivery mileage using your personal vehicle.
