For this position, pay is based on experience in the cannabis industry:

  • Entry-level candidates with little experience start at $16.50 per hour.
  • Experienced professionals with commercial cannabis cultivation backgrounds are eligible for higher pay, based on their level of expertise.

Garden team Member


Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Garden Team Member to join our cultivation team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of tasks to ensure the highest quality plants are used for flower production. Ideal candidates should be punctual, well-groomed, and ready to work in a dynamic environment that requires standing for long hours and adapting to different conditions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Cultivation Team in meeting production goals and maintaining quality standards.
  • Perform essential tasks, including:
    • Canopy Management
    • Debranching of flowering plants
    • Defoliation of flowering plants
    • Deep cleaning of grow rooms and shared spaces
    • Cross-training with the Fertigation, Propagation, Vegetative, and Harvest Teams
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and assist in additional tasks as needed.
  • Follow the best agricultural practices and maintain a clean and compliant work environment.
  • Accurately record data, inventories, and documentation as required.



Qualifications Required:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in loud environments
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in dark, bright lights or low-oxygen environments
  • Ability to work with or around potentially caustic chemicals
  • Understanding of compliance regulations and ability to follow SOPs
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred (Not Required, but a Plus!):

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree in a related field
  • Knowledge of the cannabis plant and cultivation processes
  • Experience with plants, agriculture, or commodity crops
  • Flexible availability and willingness to adapt to changing schedules
