Cannabis Consultant Supervisor

Job Description

Customer Interaction:
• Acting as the face of the dispensary, greeting customers
• Checking customers' identification documents to verify that they are of legal age. • Provide excellent customer service to all customers.

Product Knowledge and Sales:
• Maintain the highest level of knowledge on the products carried.
• Providing recommendations on cannabis products based on customer requests and advising customers on
proper dosage and safety measures to follow.
• Facilitating the sale
• Ensuring the correct cash handling and discount applications are being followed.
• Processing customers' payments using the dispensary's Point of Sale (POS) system.

Retail Operations:
• Effectively follow the sales techniques provided by management.
• Achieve sales goals and KPIs provided by management.
• Assist management with all retail activities including, but not limited to: Stocking products, Counting
inventory, Assisting with delivery intake, Merchandising and displays, etc.
• Oversee inventory management for accuracy and to maintain proper stock. • Ensuring that the dispensary is always clean and well-organized.

Compliance and Safety:
• Observe, coach, and evaluate employees' performance, provide constructive feedback and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Follow formal policy for disciplinary issues and report all incidents to the General Manager
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain safety standards and follow all safety guidelines.

Additional Responsibilites:
• Work with the inventory team to monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensure an assortment of products,
and communicate inventory action items with the General Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
