About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Store Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, supporting store operations, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Store Supervisor, you help ensure the store operates efficiently and that customers receive friendly, knowledgeable service. Your key responsibilities include:

• Lead and support team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and a strong ownership mindset.
• Assist with product rollouts, promotions, and inventory management (ordering and receiving).
• Verify IDs and ensure all sales follow Alberta liquor laws and company policies.
• Support the store in meeting financial targets and following cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
