About the Role

As a Supervisor, you'll lead by example on the floor, supporting the Store Manager and coaching your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail leadership experience who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in developing others.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day store operations and support the management team
• Mentor, coach, and motivate Sales Associates during shifts
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and cash reconciliation
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure compliance
• Model and uphold company standards for service, safety, and presentation

What We're Looking For

• Previous retail supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Valid Serve It Right Saskatchewan certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
• Strong communication and coaching skills with a team-first mindset
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
• Reliable, solutions-oriented, and comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
