Who You Are
As a Processing Lab Associate, you will be responsible for tasks required for edibles production. This position will be responsible to demold and prepare edibles for packaging and clean, sanitize, and maintain all tools, equipment, and work surfaces used to produce edibles.
What You’ll Do
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices
Responsible for process Sanitation, Gowning & Hygiene, keeping an organized work area, and performing daily tasks such as sanitizing working area
Identify and consolidate formulated materials into approved containers and label with appropriate batch
Removal of formulated materials from molds
Wash pots and pans
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Spray molds with release agent
Operate equipment per SOP
Make citric acid solution in accordance with SOP
Make sorbitol solution in accordance with SOP
Adhere to departmental, site, and corporate safety policies
Responsible for sanitation for GMP compliance, facility and equipment cleaning in a clean‑room manufacturing environment
What You’ll Bring
High School Diploma or G.E.D minimum
2+ years of applicable experience in filling, manufacturing, or packaging pharmaceutical or food products (preferred)
Ability to read and understand technical procedures, standard operating procedures, and work instructions
Ability to accurately record information, metrics, and data in a standardized format
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from coworkers, management, and regulatory agencies
Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs as part of daily job duties
