About the Role

The Merchandising Operations Analyst supports both the execution and continuous improvement of merchandising operations for SNDL’s Cannabis Retail segment. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Category Management & Merchandising Operations, this role owns key pricing, promotion, and master data workflows while driving process standardization and system enablement.

As merchandising execution becomes increasingly complex — through banner expansion, localized pricing strategies, and store-specific assortments — this role ensures operational scalability through automation, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Business Technology, Category Management, Retail Commercialization, and Supply Chain.

The Analyst acts as both process owner and problem-solver, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and system integrity across the merchandising ecosystem.

Our preferred work schedule is hybrid from our Edmonton or Toronto office, but would additionally consider candidates outside our office locations on a fully remote basis.
