Title: Marketing Manager, Strain & Product Launches

About the Role:  Curaleaf is seeking a a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to spearhead strain and product launch initiatives at our Mt. Dora facility. This role will be responsible for end-to-end campaign planning and execution—from concepting launch timelines and overseeing product photography to coordinating cross-functional collaboration and managing vendor relationships. With an emphasis on seamless project management and effective outreach team engagement, the Marketing Manager will ensure our new strains and products enter the market with maximum impact and brand consistency.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Launch Planning & Execution
    • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new strain and product introductions.
    • Oversee timeline creation, resource allocation, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure on-time, impactful launches.
  • Product Photography & Visual Assets
    • Work with creative teams and external photographers to produce high-quality images, videos, and digital assets that capture brand essence.
    • Maintain and update an organized library of visual resources for use across multiple channels, including web, social media, and retail displays.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate closely with cultivation, supply chain, sales, and retail teams to align product availability, launch timing, and promotional efforts.
    • Partner with the creative, content, and digital marketing teams to produce cohesive, on-brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Project Management
    • Use project management tools to track milestones, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring accountability and clear communication of progress.
    • Present regular status updates and post-launch performance reports to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Outreach Team Engagement
    • Collaborate with outreach and community engagement teams to support events, promotional activities, and education initiatives that highlight new strains and products.
    • Provide training materials and key talking points to ensure consistent messaging across in-person and digital outreach efforts.
  • Market & Consumer Insights
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine launch strategies and product positioning.
    • Recommend adjustments to marketing tactics based on performance metrics to optimize future launches.
  • Compliance & Regulatory Adherence
    • Ensure all marketing and promotional materials comply with local and state cannabis regulations.
    • Maintain strong relationships with legal teams and stay informed of any regulatory changes that impact marketing.

 What You’ll Bring:

  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of marketing or cannabis related experience, preferably in product launches, retail planning, or highly regulated industries. Cannabis experience is a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) and familiarity with digital design or photography platforms.
    • Ability to interpret analytics dashboards (Google Analytics, CRM reports) to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Creative & Detail-Oriented
    • Strong eye for visual storytelling and quality photography, coupled with the ability to manage the minute details involved in product launches.
    • Excellent written communication skills for coordinating cross-functional tasks and creating launch documentation.
  • Teamwork & Collaboration
    • Proven track record of working with diverse teams (creative, operations, sales) to drive complex projects from start to finish.
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills for maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Time Management & Adaptability
    • Able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, respond quickly to changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry environment.
