We are looking for a Maintenance Technician I to assist and learn from our senior-level Supervisor. The Maintenance Tech role is responsible for helping the Maintenance team perform various maintenance, sanitation, and repair activities to machinery, equipment, and facility. This position performs several maintenance functions in and around the facility, including providing routine, emergency, and scheduled/preventative maintenance to the building and associated equipment, as well as groundskeeping work.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This position operates in or around cultivation and manufacturing environments. This role routinely monitors and repairs cultivation processing equipment, cleans and sanitizes restrooms (including but not limited to toilets and urinals), and occasionally uses office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand and walk, maneuver up and down ladders and stairs; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to individually lift up to 50 lbs. This position also requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, and other physical demands and the ability to work in extreme weather conditions for extended periods.
POSITION TYPE / EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK
This position may require some overtime as company needs arise. Availability to work holidays is essential.
Compensation Description (annually): The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 to $25.00.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
