The Opportunity: Keyholder

We're looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team as Keyholder and help deliver a positive experience for every customer who walks through our doors. If you’re eager to learn and have a positive attitude, we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed.

About The Role

As the Keyholder, you’ll be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service while helping customers navigate the exciting world of cannabis. This role is perfect for those who love building relationships, are eager to learn, and want to make a positive impact in a growing industry. Your responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service: Assist customers in selecting products, answer questions, and provide recommendations based on customer’s preferences.
• Sales Transactions: Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Compliance: Check customer identification to verify legal purchasing age and ensure all sales comply with local laws and regulations.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store stocked, cleaned, organized, and safe.

About You

• Minimum 2-year customer service, retail, or hospitality experience
• Must be at least 18 or 19 years old (based on provincial requirements)
• Must have certification to sell cannabis (Selling It Right, SellSafe, CRTP, CRWTP, CanSell)
• Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting (up to 40 lbs) during your shift.
• Willing to pitch in and support others to meet shared goals.
