About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of key initiatives. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and oversee projects from conception to completion. You’ll play a vital role in managing timelines, resources, and communication, helping to ensure projects meet goals, stay on budget, and align with strategic objectives. This is a great opportunity for someone with foundational project management experience who’s eager to grow in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement projects, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Effectively manage project budget and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate team meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience in project management.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) an asset.
  • Prosci Change Management Certification an asset.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) an asset.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under pressure.
