Janitor

We are looking for a Janitor who is friendly, shows up to work on time with a positive attitude, and has the willingness to help co-create and cultivate a positive work environment. The Janitor is self-motivated and takes pride in their work. They can problem solve, provide analysis, and perform required tasks while adhering to company safety, security, privacy policies and state/local regulations.

This position requires a high degree of detailed awareness. Job performance will be evaluated by attention to detail, interpersonal communication, ability to work well with others, adherence to quality, work efficiency, and ability to train others.

• Common Areas: Vacuum and/or sweep all hard surface flooring. Mop all hard surface flooring with Neutral Floor Cleaner. Dust furnishings and window sills. Spot clean entry door, front windows, and all glass partitions. Dump all trash and replace liners.
• Bathrooms: Sweep and Mop the floors, Clean Sink, Clean Toilet, Clean Urinal, Clean Mirror, Clean Showers, Restock all Bathroom Supplies, etc.
• Offices: Sweep and mop floors, dump trash and replace liners, spot clean entry doors and partitions, and dust furnishings.
• Kitchen: Clean sink, wipe counters, wipe refrigerator, wipe cabinets, wipe lunch tables/chairs, dump trash, replace liners, etc.
• Trash Removal: Remove all overflow Trash and dispose of off-site nightly. (Additional pay for trash removal.)

• Prior Commercial Janitor Cleaning experience preferred (not required).
• Must submit Clean Background Check
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Takes direction well.
• Punctual, Friendly, Outgoing, positive, works well with others.

This is a full-time position and offers medical, dental, vision coverage, PTO and is eligible to participate in the company’s 401k retirement plan after 6 months of employment.
