DACUT is seeking an experienced Human Resource Director to lead our corporate HR operations. This role is responsible for overseeing employee relations, internal payroll, compliance, and staffing across multiple departments. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in corporate HR, strong leadership skills, and experience driving strategic HR initiatives.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all HR operations, including internal payroll and benefits administration
Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment
Partner with management to assess staffing needs, coordinate recruitment, and manage onboarding
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance programs
Conduct performance management processes and support professional development initiatives
Collaborate with department leaders to maintain compliance with labor laws and state regulations
Analyze HR data and metrics to inform workforce planning and improvement initiatives
Maintain HR documentation and ensure accurate reporting
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR strategy and employee engagement
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of corporate HR experience, preferably in multi-site operations
Experience overseeing internal payroll and HRIS systems
Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and best HR practices
Demonstrated experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze HR metrics and implement data-driven strategies
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cannabis or other highly regulated industries
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification
Multi-site HR leadership experience
Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software
