The HR Administrator is primarily responsible for supporting the HR team with data entry and document management. In this position you will manage the receipt and entry of employee personnel information such as new hire packages, existing employee changes, and termination information on a regular basis using our HRIS system Workday. Outside of these core responsibilities, you will also support the HR team with other data driven initiatives, such as creating reports, problem identification, needs assessment, and assisting with ad hoc projects as needed.
