The Role

As a Graphic Designer (Web & Digital) at Nabis, you will play a key role in shaping and evolving the visual identity of the Nabis brand across digital, web, marketing, and marketplace touchpoints. Reporting to the Marketing team, you will design engaging, conversion-focused creative that supports brand storytelling, demand generation, and platform growth.


This role requires strong visual design fundamentals, web design experience, and the ability to translate brand and business goals into intuitive, high-quality digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Sales, and Product to deliver cohesive creative across channels.

Responsibilities

  • Brand & Marketing Design: Create visual assets for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, social media, email, presentations, and sales collateral.
  • Web Design: Design and maintain website pages, landing pages, and marketing microsites with a focus on usability, responsiveness, and conversion optimization.
  • Co-Marketing Support: Develop creative assets for brand partners, including co-branded campaigns, promotions, and featured placements.
  • Visual Consistency: Ensure all digital, web, and marketing creative aligns with Nabis brand guidelines and design standards.
  • Campaign Execution: Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, events, and announcements with cohesive web and digital creative.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Brand Account Management, Sales, and Product teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
  • Asset Management: Organize, maintain, and evolve design systems, templates, and creative libraries.
  •  Iteration & Feedback: Incorporate stakeholder feedback efficiently while maintaining high design quality and brand integrity.
  • Production & Handoff: Prepare final assets for digital deployment and collaborate with developers on design handoff when needed.
  • Creative Optimization: Continuously improve designs using performance insights, best practices, and evolving brand needs.

Minimum qualifications

A portfolio of prior work showcasing brand, graphic, or web design, as well as digital marketing work, is required for this role.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-4 years of professional graphic and web design experience in a freelance, agency, or in-house environment.
  • Attributes: Creative, detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, for both print and digital use cases.
  • Proficiency with Figma.
  • Foundational understanding of web design principles, including responsive web design.
  • Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a background check.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with motion design or vector-based animation is a plus.
  • Prior work developing proprietary websites on Shopify, Webflow, or WordPress is a plus.
