Position Overview

We are seeking dependable General Laborers to assist with an outdoor cannabis harvest. This temporary opportunity involves hands-on, physical work supporting harvesting and related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cutting, collecting, and moving harvested plants.

• Handle plant material carefully and follow harvest instructions.

• Load, unload, and move supplies and materials as needed.

• Keep work areas clean and organized.

• Follow site safety procedures and use tools responsibly.

• Work with the team to complete daily harvest tasks.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Able to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

• Ability to follow directions and work well with others.

• Available for approximately three weeks.

• Previous farm, harvest, landscaping, or general labor experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

$30 per hour. This position is offered as a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.
