Full-Time Budtender

This job entails being on the front end of the dispensary sales floor, delivering superior customer service; handling customer service issues professionally, assisting and supporting store management. This job is offered in both part-time and full-time hours. All positions require working nights and weekends. This is an entry-level position with room for growth in the company.

Responsibilities

• Offering exceptional customer service 
• Making sure customers are happy with the service and products
• Educating patients on the medicinal benefits of cannabis products 
• Ensure accuracy and compliance
• Helping to implement store policies and corporate initiatives.
• Accurate money handling

• Weighing out and packaging cannabis accurately
• Managing store cleanliness and organization 
• Dealing with customer complaints and issues

 Follow Standard Operating Procedures for: 

• Processing transactions
• Verifying patient’s registration status
• Verify patient has a current doctor recommendation
• Recording weights of bulk products
• Take direction with professionalism and contribute to a positive company culture.

Requirements

• Be able to perform detailed work all day in a team setting
• Great attention to detail.
• Experience with Excel, Word, Weedmaps, Leafly, and Dutchie Point of Sale systems 
• Must be self-motivated and have a good work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Be able to lift 30 lbs safely and effectively
• Able to work on feet for 4-8 hours a shift
• Must be punctual and attend all scheduled shifts.
• Must have good communication skills

Compensation: This is an hourly position with a starting compensation of $16.80/hour with benefits, bonus potential, and tips.
