At Jushi Holdings Inc. ”) (CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF), we are shaping the future of the cannabis industry, the fastest growing jobs sector in the U.S. The Facilities and Dispensary Maintenance Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, safety, and functionality of the organization's physical facilities, including a 92,000 sq. ft. grower-processor (GP) facility and six dispensaries across Northern Virginia. This role oversees both daily operations and long-term planning, including vendor coordination, preventive maintenance, compliance, and hands-on troubleshooting. The position requires close collaboration with operational teams and a strong field presence.

WHAT YOU WILL DO - GENERAL JOB DUTIES- Manage all facility and equipment preventative, corrective, and monitoring maintenance for the GP facility and retail dispensaries.
- Recruit, hire, and train the maintenance team and ensure operational support coverage across all locations.
- Establish and communicate on-call support procedures for off-hour repairs.
- Coordinate third-party contractor scheduling and repairs to minimize operational disruption.
- Oversee and execute the company’s asset management program, working closely with the corporate asset manager.
- Establish KPI metrics to track work order lifecycle (submission to completion).
- Manage an annual facilities maintenance budget for preventive services and spare part kits to maintain 95% equipment uptime.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Collaborate with local directors and dispensary managers to ensure the timely resolution of work order tickets.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure preventive maintenance is performed on schedule.
- Plan and perform general and preventive maintenance for all areas of the properties.
- Optimize preventive maintenance programming for regular and efficient inspections.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure proper use per manufacturer guidelines.
- Manage physical plant systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, water treatment, and life safety systems.
- Develop, maintain, and implement SOPs for all systems and processes.
- Participate in capital improvement projects and liaise with the construction team.
- Review, negotiate, and execute vendor contracts to company standards, escalating when necessary.
- Attend required company and management meetings.
- Drive partnership selection, training, and retention efforts with vendors and contractors.
- Hold team accountable to timelines and expectations, driving consistent performance.
- Share best practices and cross-functional learnings with other grower-processor locations.
- Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL FIELD-BASED RESPONSIBILITIES (RETAIL FACILITIES)- Serve as the first responder to urgent maintenance issues at retail sites, including nights and weekends when necessary.
- Conduct routine and emergency site visits across all dispensaries to troubleshoot high-priority issues.
- Lead vendor coordination for work order resolution across retail locations and oversee emergency escalation workflows.
- Maintain compliance with fire safety systems, backflow inspections, and OSHA-related preventive activities.
- Support local store teams with training on minor maintenance protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
- Track and report facilities spend, vendor performance, and resolution trends for leadership visibility.
- Ensure Zendesk ticket triage, resolution tracking, and documentation are maintained and up to date.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR- Knowledge of Fire and Life Safety equipment and OSHA Standards.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Experience with building management systems and maintenance software (e.g., Reliable Controls).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on facility maintenance experience.
- At least 3 years of management experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree from an accredited university preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%.
