Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ERP Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to join our team. Reporting to the Sr. Director, ERP & Enterprise Applications, the ERP Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ERP platformβ€”with a specific focus on Dynamics 365 F&O.

This role requires a technically competent and strategically minded leader who can manage the ERP team, support business-critical processes, and align technology with business goals. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally, promote best practices, and ensure that our ERP system drives operational excellence across the organization.

Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring that it meets the needs of the organization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into system configurations
  • Manage system upgrades, testing, and deployment, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
  • Manage and provide direction to the team in alignment with the business operations and priorities
  • Ensure issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner
  • Liaise with vendors for prompt rectification of any problems or emergencies
  • Create and maintain documentation for all aspects of system development, support and troubleshooting
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and process improvement
  • Ensure adherence to all SOX Compliance Controls regarding the ERP
  • Manage, coach, and develop the ERP team to inspire growth and innovative solutions
  • Supervise recruitment, development, performance, and retention of the ERP team in accordance with the organizational strategic objectives
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and recommend enhancements or new modules as needed

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Proven, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)β€”minimum of 3 years preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in an ERP leadership or managerial role
  • Experience managing remote teams
  • Strong background in ERP implementations, particularly involving Dynamics 365 F&O, including requirements gathering, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Understanding of Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure AD, O365, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Demonstrated experience in managing ERP-related projects across large enterprise environments.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to process optimization and business outcomes
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
