Delivery Driver
Job Type: Full-Time, Non Exempt
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm
Starting Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

Who You Are:
As a Delivery Driver at Curaleaf, you will safely transport cannabis products to dispensaries throughout the state. You take pride in delivering exceptional service and adhering to high safety standards.
What You'll Do:
- Safely transport cannabis products to dispensaries and wholesale partners.
- Execute timely deliveries and promptly communicate any delays to the Logistics Manager and dispensaries.
- Adhere to best practices for safety on the road and during loading/unloading processes.
- Maintain clean and well-functioning vehicles with detailed maintenance records.
- Complete all necessary paperwork, including checklists and rejection sheets.
- Collaborate with the inventory manager to resolve product issues.
- Communicate effectively with dispensaries regarding schedules and delivery updates.
- Foster positive relationships with dispensary partners.
- Keep accurate driver logs and ensure compliance with all company policies and state laws.
- Be flexible with work schedules, including occasional overtime.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- Valid Driverβs License with a clean driving record and no violations.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety protocols, and transportation laws.
- Thorough understanding of state regulations related to cannabis product delivery and distribution.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate a Sprinter van or similar-sized vehicle.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- At least 25 years of age.
Even Better If You Have:
- Prior experience in the cannabis industry.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment:
- Ability to read maps and use GPS effectively, with close vision (20 inches or less), distance vision (20 feet or more), color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed, sit and stand for extended periods, walk frequently, and talk and hear clearly.
- Use hands to handle objects, reach with arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as necessary.
- High tolerance for stress and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Exposure to loud noises from equipment such as air compressors, packaging machinery, and alarms.
