💲 $18.66/hour

🕒 Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary:

The Tissue Culture Technician is responsible for the care, cultivation, and maintenance of cannabis tissue cultures in a sterile lab environment. This role ensures all practices align with company SOPs and standards while contributing to research and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trim and transfer plants from old media to fresh media.

  • Perform plant care tasks such as tucking and structural manipulation.

  • Sanitize and maintain the tissue culture room and tools.

  • Apply nutrients and pesticides according to SOPs.

  • Track and maintain plant, equipment, and nutrient inventory.

  • Assist with R&D projects as assigned.

  • Follow all company procedures and complete other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 21 years or older.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 1+ year of experience in a processing or production environment.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Able to sit/stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and differentiate colors (no color blindness).

Work Environment:

  • Moderate to loud noise exposure.

  • Occasional exposure to dust, vapors, or fumes.

  • Some potential for minor workplace hazards.
