The pay for this role is $19.66/hour. This position operates from Tuesday-Saturday, 7am-4pm and is a fixed permanent schedule. Please make sure that you are submitting your most up to date resume for consideration.
 

Job Summary – Supervisor (Grow/AG Department)

This supervisory role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, personnel, and compliance within Grow/AG plant facilities. The Supervisor ensures production goals are met, staff are effectively managed and trained, and operations comply with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the facility; prepare worksite.

  • Supervise crew and delegate tasks.

  • Monitor attendance, breaks, and production rates.

  • Train and coach team members; evaluate performance.

  • Maintain compliance systems and production records.

  • Coordinate with other leads and shifts for smooth handovers.

  • Communicate personnel issues and support management in staffing decisions.

  • Order supplies and assist with R&D projects.

  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper use of equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Age: Must be 21+.

  • Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1+ year in production or facility management.

  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with BiotrackTHC; strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Physical & Environmental Demands:

  • Regular standing/sitting with repetitive tasks.

  • Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs), climbing, crouching.

  • Exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and potential chemical hazards.

Competencies:

  • Strong judgment, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain quality control.

  • Supervisory experience, including hiring, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.

This role blends operational oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring effective day-to-day production while fostering a productive team environment.
