What You Bring

✔ 2+ years of Cannabis retail or customer service leadership is a must
✔ Strong communication + problem-solving skills
✔ Passion for cannabis + dedication to top-tier service
✔ Ability to lead, manage schedules, and drive performance
✔ Experience with inventory control + financial oversight
✔ Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Dutchie, and Metrc
✔ Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience works too!
