Job Title: Cannabis Customer/Patient Service Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and motivate a team of support/check-in reps at a large dispensary in the District (generally 24-28 hours per week).
  • Check in patients.
  • Deliver cannabis to dispensaries around the District (generally 12-16 hours per week)

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in loss prevention and/or law enforcement investigation.
  • Employment in cannabis industry preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $24.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Washington, DC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
