Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately weigh, fill, and package cannabis pre-rolls according to company specifications.
  • Label and seal products in compliance with state regulations and company SOPs.
  • Inspect products for quality control, ensuring consistency and adherence to standards.
  • Track and report production numbers, material usage, and any discrepancies.
  • Must manage their time during work efficiently in order to meet goals while consistently producing quality products.
  • Must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals.
  • Maintain an organized and clean workspace, following safety and sanitation protocols.
  • Follow all compliance regulations, including METRC tracking and packaging guidelines.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Pre roll or trimming experience preferred
  • Must show up on time for work every day ready to work.
  • Ability to meet daily production quotas and maintain quality control standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (weekday and weekends), including overtime if needed.
  • Ability to listen well and communicate effectively with various audiences, especially with the direct supervisors, leads, and other co-workers.
  • Packaging staff is responsible for clean-up of all processing areas and equipment at the end of every day.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs
  • Requires the ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours per day,
  • MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE

Benefits

  • Packaging Hours: 3:30 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. (Monday through Friday)
  • Compensation: $17.00/hr
  • Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K
