Wild Cannabis Mellow Yellow Hemp Co in Evengston, WY is looking for one cannabis consultant - sales floor to join our team. We are located on 267 Bear River Dr.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working - with strong sales and customer service background.
Must be dependable, trainable, have reliable transportation and have a passion for the industry and products.
As a retail store we are open 7-days a week on a rotating schedule with our employees.
Benefits
Average Pay Rate: $22 - $30 per hour this is calculated using ($13per hour wage +tips +commissions)
Time: Part Time to Full Time = 20-30-40 hours per week
Willing and physically able to work shifts on your feet ranging from 6hr-11hr days if needed.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus that comes with a bump up in pay.
Responsibilities
Retail sales of Cannabis along with other health and wellness products.
SALES- Active PROSPECTING to customers in and around the store.
Stay up to date on cannabis information and guidelines.
Educate the public on cannabis and how it’s 100% legal with no med card needed.
Assist with keeping and maintaining a clean work environment.
Help maintain and follow ALL company’s guidelines and policies.
Attend weekly 1-hour sales team zoom call.
Report to the store manager on daily sales goals.
Qualifications

Can pass a criminal background check.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Customer service oriented, team players, and are reliable and dependable.
Have experience in the cannabis industry but not required.
Have an understanding of the sales industry and believes in the cannabis products.
Ability to learn and teach product details and benefits of cannabis and mushroom products.
