Currently, we are seeking staff for a newly opened dispensary in Trenton, NJ. We are seeking an individual with some operational experience in the retail industry who also has a strong desire to expand their career path. An ideal candidate would be from the local regional area.

Part-Time and Full-Time positions available

1. US Work Authorization (Required)
2. Cannabis experience preferred but not needed
3. Enthusiasm and a passion for cannabis and helping others!
4. Uncompromising focus on customer service and willingness to bring the best possible experience to our patients
5. Able to pass all background checks/fingerprinting as required by state cannabis agencies

Full Job Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• • Greeting customers at entry
  • Verifying proper paperwork, documentation, and ID for customers before allowing them to enter
  • Accurate data entry of customer profiles
  • Educating customers on cannabis strains and products based on their preferences and budget
  • Correctly weighing, packaging, and completing sales in our POS system, while maintaining compliance in all areas
• • Stocking and prepping product as needed
  • Keeping the store clean and orderly
  • Inventory and accurate cash handling experience a bonus
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, Microsoft excel and data entry knowledge, product and strain knowledge, cash handling experience, and excellent customer assistance. Candidate must be independent worker, highly organized, flexible and deadline oriented. Must also possess excellent communication skills; and have ability to relate to diverse member and staff population.
  • Work closely with the company managers and owners to meet all store and organizational needs
  • Experience is preferred, but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right people!
  • Open availability and reliable transportation is a must
