What You’ll Do

As a Budtender at Track Town Collective, you’ll be the face of our company, ensuring every customer has a positive and informed shopping experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs.
• Providing accurate information about our products, including strains, effects, and usage methods.
• Ensuring compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
• Processing transactions efficiently and accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our customers.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate who is both knowledgeable and customer-focused. To thrive in this role, you should have:

• At least 1 year of experience in the cannabis industry or a related customer service role.
• A strong understanding of cannabis products, including strains, concentrates, edibles, and more.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A commitment to adhering to all compliance and safety regulations.
