What You'll Be Doing

As a Budtender and Social Media Creative, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to our customers, guiding them through product selections and ensuring they have a positive experience in our store.
• Retail Operations: Assist with inventory management, restocking, and maintaining a clean, organized retail space.
• Social Media Management: Take charge of all our social media accounts by creating engaging, creative, and informative content to represent our brand.
• Content Creation: Develop and post original content that resonates with our audience and showcases our products and values.
• Weekend Availability: Be available to work part-time, including weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a related role, whether in retail, customer service, or social media management.
• Creativity: A strong creative streak and the ability to craft compelling content for social media platforms.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to connect with customers and represent our brand online.
• Flexibility: Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends.
• Team Player: A collaborative attitude to work effectively with our team and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
