What You'll Do

As a Budtender at Haze and Harvest, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive and informed shopping experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in selecting the right cannabis products to meet their needs.
  • Providing accurate information about product strains, effects, and usage.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Operating the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately.
  • Staying up-to-date on cannabis products, trends, and regulations.
  • Ensuring compliance with all state and local cannabis laws.

What We're Looking For

We’re searching for someone who is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and ready to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A passion for cannabis and a willingness to learn about our products.
