As our footprint expands, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategy and execution across the state.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for overseeing mass hiring efforts, ensuring the seamless execution of recruitment strategies that align with the fast-paced demands of a scaling cannabis company. This person will play a critical role in sourcing and securing top talent for a wide range of roles—from budtenders and trimmers to leadership positions.
Design and lead high-volume recruitment strategies across all departments
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce planning
Develop talent pipelines using traditional and non-traditional sourcing methods, including job fairs and networking events
Manage full-cycle recruitment: from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding
Oversee the functionality and efficiency of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Monitor recruitment analytics and labor trends to refine strategy and increase hiring success
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cannabis industry hiring regulations and ensure all practices are compliant
Partner with HR to support employee onboarding and early-stage engagement
Minimum 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on high-volume or mass recruitment
Previous experience in the cannabis industry or retail/production environments is highly preferred
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet fast-changing business demands
Experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools effectively
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Comfortable working independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Knowledge of cannabis hiring compliance and workforce regulations is a plus
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience
