We’re looking for a dedicated and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team!

EXPERIENCE
  • At least 10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong
  • focus on high-volume hiring, preferably within retail environments or the cannabis
  • industry. Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates, managing full-cycle
  • recruitment processes, and working in fast-paced hiring landscapes is highly preferred.
  • Experience with mass recruitment campaigns is a must.
KNOWLEDGE
  • A deep understanding of retail recruitment dynamics and workforce needs in fast-
  • scaling industries. Familiarity with the cannabis industry, especially retail, production,
  • and cultivation sectors, is highly valuable. Proficiency with recruitment platforms, ATS
  • systems, and using social media and digital tools for large-scale talent sourcing is
  • essential. Knowledge of cannabis compliance and regulatory hiring standards is a plus.

  • You’re highly organized, adaptable, and proactive — someone who thrives under
  • pressure and can manage multiple open roles simultaneously. You have a keen eye
  • for identifying standout candidates and love building relationships with people. Your
  • passion for the cannabis industry and your dedication to crafting an exceptional
  • candidate journey are evident in everything you do.
What You’ll Do
  •  Lead and execute high-volume recruitment efforts for retail, production, and
  • cultivation teams, from initial outreach to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement mass recruitment strategies to attract and retain top
  • talent across multiple channels (job fairs, job boards, referrals, social media, etc.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring needs and craft compelling job
  • postings.
  •  Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment
  • with job requirements and company culture.
  •  Oversee applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely
  • documentation of candidate progress.
  •  Stay ahead of market trends and labor shifts, adjusting strategies to meet
  • evolving hiring demands.
  •  Ensure hiring processes align with cannabis industry regulations at local,
  • state, and federal levels.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience and
  • long-term employee engagement.
