We’re looking for a dedicated and driven Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team! If you’re ready to lead mass hiring efforts and help us build a dynamic workforce for our retail, production, and grow spaces, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

EXPERIENCE
At least 10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring, preferably within retail environments or the cannabis industry. Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and working in fast-paced hiring landscapes is highly preferred. Experience with mass recruitment campaigns is a must.
KNOWLEDGE
A deep understanding of retail recruitment dynamics and workforce needs in fast-scaling industries. Familiarity with the cannabis industry, especially retail, production, and cultivation sectors, is highly valuable. Proficiency with recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and using social media and digital tools for large-scale talent sourcing is essential. Knowledge of cannabis compliance and regulatory hiring standards is a plus.
