Schedule: Open availability with two consecutive days off per week and Sundays required. Location Hours: 8:30 AM - 9:30 PM; schedule to be determined upon hire.

The Nice To Haves:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • 3+ years of customer service, cash handling, and point-of-sale experience.
  • Must be able to pass a background check with no pending charges or convictions within the past 10 years for a controlled substance-related felony.
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain an MED Employee Badge.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be equally reliable.
  • Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry.

The Nice To Haves:

  • Responsible for retail support and provides polite and friendly service. Assists with customer check-in, curbside delivery, point of sale transactions, quality control, waste management, sanitation, and facility maintenance.
  • Monitors customer retention while striving to maximize facility resources.
  • Communicates customer and staff issues to the General Manager and leadership in a timely manner.
  • Promotes store specials and participates in upselling products.
  • Assists store leadership in identifying strategies to implement efficiencies, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintains inventory management documentation to include point of sales transactions and waste management.
  • Demonstrates strong counting, tracking, inventory management, and customer service skills
  • Operates, cleans, and sanitizes store equipment in a safe and effective manner as dictated by company policies and procedures.
  • Maintains relevant facility records according to federal, state, and local regulations as directed by the General Manager and store leadership.
  • Fosters a positive and communicative work environment.
  • Requests continuing education as needed.
  • Assists store leadership in managing supply and inventory levels.
  • Adheres to NOBO�s rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Follow all company Crisis Response Procedures.
  • Job Type: Part-time, Non-exempt

Pay: $20 per hour + tips

    • Part-time employees must work a minimum of 25 hours each week to qualify*
