Overnight Budtender

Herbology Romeo is seeking dedicated and reliable Budtenders to join our team for overnight shifts only. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in late-night hours and want to be part of a professional, customer-focused cannabis environment.

Greet customers upon arrival and perform ID checks in compliance with state law.

Assist customers with product questions; update customer information in the POS system.

Maintain the sales floor and waiting area, ensuring cleanliness and organization during overnight hours.

Educate customers on cannabis products and help guide them to the best selection for their needs.

Accurately fill online and curbside pickup orders, ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Handle customer concerns in a professional manner and escalate to management when necessary.

Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current with cannabis industry trends.

Accurately process transactions and adhere to all company cash handling policies.

Assist with inventory counts and audits as assigned.

Follow all dispensary policies, including compliance with state/local regulations, security protocols, and company SOPs.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Basic computer and POS system knowledge (experience preferred but not required).

Familiarity with cannabis products (flower, edibles, concentrates, topicals, tinctures, RSO, etc.) preferred.

Understanding of the medical and recreational uses of cannabis products is a plus.

Ability to work independently and with a team.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow compliance protocols.

Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check.

Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
