At Mountain Grace Farmz (MGFZ), we’re building a fully integrated platform at the intersection of cannabis, real estate, and technology. With team members in New York, New Jersey and Arizona, we are scaling across multiple states and need a strong operator to help us stay aligned and moving forward.

We’re seeking an Operations Coordinator who will serve as a trusted partner to our leadership team. This role starts with core Executive Assistant responsibilities — managing calendars, communications, and documents — while also supporting the COO in tracking projects and streamlining operations. Over time, the right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a higher-level operations role.

About the Role

As Operations Coordinator, this person will act as the connective tissue between founders, the COO, and external partners. They’ll ensure details are handled, priorities are clear, and projects stay on track.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage calendars, travel, and communications across multiple executives.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.
  • Support the COO with operations tasks, vendor coordination, and document management.
  • Track project timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain confidentiality with sensitive company and executive information.
  • Travel regularly for meetings, events, and site coordination (NY, NJ, AZ).

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years in an EA, Administrative, or Operations Coordinator role.
  • Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple executives’ priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and related tools; expert in project management and operations tools (Asana, Monday, or Slack)
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Interest in growing into operations management.

Suggested Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000
  • Bonus: Up to 10% annual performance bonus
  • Travel: All expenses covered + $65/day per diem
  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision, PTO, professional development stipend
  • Growth: Clear path into Ops Manager role; eligible for phantom equity after 12 months
