Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mobius Trim Machine Operator with at least 2 years of hands-on experience operating and maintaining Mobius trimming equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of trimming processes, machine care, and troubleshooting while ensuring product quality and compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Mobius trimming machines safely and efficiently.

• Perform daily setup, calibration, and routine maintenance of equipment.

• Monitor trimming output to ensure consistency, accuracy, and product quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

• Accurately record production data and machine performance logs.

• Work closely with post-harvest and processing teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Mobius trimming machines (required).

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

• Knowledge of cannabis trimming standards and best practices.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
