DACUT is a licensed cannabis cultivation and processing facility dedicated to producing premium-quality cannabis products in full compliance with state regulations. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join our team as a Cultivation Processor / METRC Specialist.
This dual-role position involves hands-on cannabis processing and ensuring accurate compliance tracking using the METRC seed-to-sale system. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working in both cultivation and administrative environments.
Trim, manicure, and package cannabis flower to company quality standards
Assist with harvest operations including bucking, drying, and curing
Maintain a clean and organized processing area
Accurately label and track product through each stage of processing
Monitor environmental conditions and report product quality issues
Enter and update inventory data in METRC and internal tracking systems
Create and tag new plants, harvests, and packages within METRC
Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations
Coordinate with cultivation and extraction teams for accurate recordkeeping
Ensure full compliance with local and state cannabis regulations
Prepare and maintain logs, reports, and records for inspections
Minimum 1–2 years experience in cannabis cultivation, processing, or compliance
Proven experience with METRC (required)
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to follow SOPs, regulatory requirements, and company policies
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Google Sheets, inventory software)
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the cannabis industry in [State]

METRC certification or advanced knowledge
Experience with GMP, HACCP, or other regulatory frameworks
Familiarity with cannabis genetics, cultivation cycles, and plant biology
Prior work in a regulated environment (FDA, pharma, etc.)
