🛠️ What You'll Do
🔄 Roll & Infuse:
Craft high-quality infused pre-rolls using flower, concentrates, oils & more
Maintain consistency, potency, and flavor in every batch
📦 Quality Control:
Inspect pre-rolls for accuracy, weight, and presentation
Document all batches and ensure products meet company & CRA standards
🧰 Operate Equipment:
Use grinders, rollers, and infusion tools with care and precision
Keep all tools and workspaces sanitized to prevent contamination
📊 Track & Comply:
Manage raw material inventory and record usage in METRC
Follow all Michigan CRA compliance requirements
🤝 Collaborate & Grow:
Work with production & QA teams to meet daily goals
Stay updated on infusion trends and provide feedback for process improvements
✅ What You Bring
📌 Experience in cannabis production or infusion (preferred)
📌 Familiarity with concentrates, oils, and Michigan cannabis regulations
📌 Attention to detail, consistency, and sanitation standards
📌 Ability to lift 50 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and stand for extended periods
📌 High school diploma or equivalent (required)
📌 METRC experience and knowledge of CRA guidelines (a plus!)
