Where Craft Meets Compliance.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Infused Pre-Roll Specialist to join our production team. This position plays a critical role in crafting high-quality, compliant infused pre-rolls that meet both internal standards and Michiganβs Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA) requirements. The ideal candidate has prior experience in cannabis infusion, an eye for precision, and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant production environment.
Production & Infusion:
Roll or pack pre-rolls with cannabis flower and accurately incorporate concentrates, oils, or other infusion materials per recipe specifications.
Ensure uniformity in size, potency, and quality across all products.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct quality control checks to ensure each product meets company and CRA standards.
Track batches, maintain accurate logs, and report inconsistencies or deviations.
Equipment Operation & Maintenance:
Operate and maintain grinders, rolling equipment, and infusion devices.
Sanitize and inspect tools and work surfaces daily to uphold GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
Inventory & Compliance:
Track, store, and replenish raw materials including flower, concentrates, and packaging components.
Maintain strict adherence to CRA regulations, including METRC data entry and traceability.
Collaboration & Improvement:
Work collaboratively with production, packaging, and quality assurance teams to meet production goals.
Stay informed on emerging infusion techniques, product trends, and compliance updates.
1+ year experience in cannabis production or infusion preferred.
Strong working knowledge of cannabis products, especially concentrates and infusion methods.
Familiarity with Michiganβs CRA guidelines and METRC inventory tracking system.
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency in a high-volume environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform repetitive motions, and stand for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certifications in cannabis manufacturing or handling are a plus.
Competitive pay: $15β$17/hr, based on experience
