Drive sales & profitability with smart budgeting and cost control 💸📈
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing, diverse team 🌟🙌
Partner with marketing to create impactful, compliant promotions & events 📣🎉
Optimize staff scheduling for peak performance ⏰🗓️
Enforce SOPs and maintain operational excellence 📋🔒

What You Bring:
Experience with Dutchie POS & e-commerce platform 💻🛒
Knowledge of Alpine IQ or similar loyalty & analytics tools 📈❤️
Cannabis marketing & promotions expertise—compliant with Michigan laws 📢✔️
Minimum 2 years leadership in cannabis retail or a fast-paced regulated environment 🏅
Deep understanding of Michigan cannabis regulations & compliance 📚✅
Strong communicator & team builder with excellent organizational skills 🗣️🤝
21+ years old & fully eligible to work in Michigan’s cannabis industry 🎯
