We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cultivation Technicians to join our professional grow team. This is an opportunity for individuals who are passionate about horticulture and eager to contribute to a thriving, regulated cannabis operation. Experience in commercial cultivation is preferred, but we also welcome candidates who bring a strong work ethic, integrity, and a willingness to learn and take direction.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily cultivation tasks according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including:
- Feeding, cloning, pruning, and phase transitions (Veg to Flower)
- Monitoring plant health and identifying signs of stress, disease, or infestation
- Maintain compliance with state regulations (including METRC tracking and data entry)
- Report all inconsistencies or issues to the Team Lead or Head Grower
- Accurately complete logs and documentation such as waste logs, harvest records, and room maps
- Collaborate effectively with team members and support staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient grow environment
QualificationsPreferred Experience (not required for those with the right mindset):- 1+ year in commercial cultivation or cannabis industry
- Background in agriculture, greenhouse management, or landscape maintenance
- Familiarity with irrigation systems and integrated pest management (IPM)

- Reliable and punctual with a high level of personal integrity
Physical Requirements- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working in hot, humid environments with bright artificial lighting
- Willingness to stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods

Job Details- Schedule: Full-time | 40β50 hours per week
- Compensation: Starting at $15.00/hr
