The Nirvana Center of Arizona is hiring for Cultivation Assistants! We are looking for a few action oriented, high integrity individuals that have a passion for cannabis!

Position Summary:

Nirvana Center is looking for dedicated applicants, who are inspired by our vision and want to become a part of our expansion.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

Quality Control:

Assisting with our I.P.M. (Integrated Pest Management) & over plant maintenance and health.

Safety and Compliance:

Job Qualifications:

  • Must consent to a criminal background check performed by the Company and/or the Arizona Department of Health Services, pursuant to A.R.S. ยง 36-2804.01
  • Must be 21 or older
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Previous Cannabis experience preferred.
  • Manages time efficiently in order to meet productivity goals, while consistently producing quality work at a steady pace
  • Ability to use hands repetitively for grasping, pushing, pulling and cutting
  • Must have a professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor
  • Ensures all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality, compliance, and successfully conforms to all state regulations, organizational standards and procedures, and security protocols
  • Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time
  • Must have strong organizational and analytical abilities and advanced math skills
  • Must demonstrate professional written and oral communication skills
  • Must maintain compassion for the Cannabis community
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays. We are open 365 days a year. If needed.
