Are you hands-on, detail-focused, and passionate about plants? Join our Flint-based cultivation team as a Propagation Technician and help shape the future of cannabis — one clone at a time! 🔬🌱

🧪 What You’ll Do:

• Cut, care for, and transplant clones with precision ✂️🌿

• Monitor humidity, lighting, and temperature 🌡️💡

• Track clones in METRC and maintain daily logs 🖥️🗂️

• Keep work areas sanitized and organized 🧼🧽

• Spot and report any pests, diseases, or plant issues 🐛🔍

• Assist with audits, labeling, and inventory tasks ✅📦

💼 What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year in cannabis propagation or greenhouse work 🌾

• Experience with METRC or compliance tracking ✅

• A keen eye for detail and love for routine tasks 👀🔁

• Ability to lift 50 lbs, kneel, and work in warm/humid spaces 💪🔥

• Team player with strong communication skills 🤝🗣️

• Must be 21+ and able to pass iCHAT background check 📋🧾
