Pay for this position is $18.50-$20.50/hr DOE and requires open availability including weekends.

What Does this Position Entail?

This position is responsible for providing overall maintenance services to the Grow Op Farms facility as assigned by the Facilities Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for-

  • Supporting other workers in diverse repair and maintenance work
  • Completing preventive maintenance prerequisites, making adjustments on operational parts of equipment and instruments as necessary
  • Troubleshooting malfunctions and locating sources of problems by examining mechanical devices
  • Tracking and reporting on projects and work orders through the SmartSheet system, keeping precise records of work carried out, materials utilized and related costs
  • Using the company's project management tools to report, schedule, and develop project plans
  • Organizing and providing maintenance services to the inventory and production workstations
  • Utilizing and taking care of equipment and tools provided by the company
  • Installation and repairs of fertigation systems
  • Installation and maintenance of cultivation lighting
  • Performing basic carpentry and framing work using conventional methods
  • Carrying out emergency fixes on equipment and facilities as necessary
