Pay: $20.00/hour
Location: Phat Panda
Forklift Certification: A current MA Forklift certification is required prior to gaining employment.
Clean driving record required
Job Summary:
This role supports quarantine processes and marijuana product processing (trimming, packaging, joint preparation). Responsibilities include managing inventory, ensuring accuracy, organizing quarantine areas, and preparing products for sale or further processing. The position involves manual labor and occasional use of a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
Track and move inventory; maintain accurate records
Assist in product intake, processing, and returns
Work in Cultivera system (labeling, manifests, batching)
Prepare flower for lab and R&D samples
Maintain organized and clean quarantine areas
Trim, package, and seal marijuana products
Assist with weekly inventory, R&D projects, and deliveries
May occasionally operate a company vehicle for pickups or deliveries
Requirements:
Must be 21+ with a high school diploma or GED
Clean driving record required (occasional use of company vehicle)
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid by company)
Prior plant/trimming experience helpful but not required
Must be able to perform physical labor (lift 10–25 lbs, repetitive tasks)
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and flexible in a fast-paced environment
